About the role#
This co-op position offers the opportunity to join a strategy and M&A team during the Winter 2027 term. You will work within a professional services environment to create and capture value throughout acquisitions and divestitures. The role is full-time and operates on a hybrid basis in Toronto.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex client problems.
- Participate in projects involving growth and turnaround strategies and integrated due diligence.
- Perform data analytics to support client engagements.
- Create and review financial models.
- Develop consulting skills through hands-on experience in a strategy and M&A environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Data Science.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy, including AI fluency and effective prompting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize and present complex information.
- Legal entitlement to work for PwC in Canada.
