About the role#
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Value Creation Consulting Intern, you will work with teams to support strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. This role provides exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation. You will assist on projects, conduct research, and gain experience in professional consulting environments.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyze and evaluate business plans to determine feasibility.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive acquisition strategy plans.
- Conduct research to support deal strategy and value creation efforts.
- Assess financial statements and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to outline deal structures and terms.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
