About the role#
As a Risk Consulting Intern, you will work with clients to navigate regulatory requirements and enterprise risks. You will join our Advisory practice to support projects focused on compliance, governance, and controls. This role provides exposure to various industries and helps you build a foundational understanding of risk management strategies.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps.
- Participate in the implementation of compliance programs and help define areas of risk.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports to validate adherence to laws.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and enterprise risks for client projects.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain exposure to our practices and methodologies.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- We typically look for students in their 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Public Health.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site at one of our offices in Rosemont, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Seattle, or Houston.
