About the role#
As an Actuaries Intern in our Workforce Solutions practice, you will support teams on projects within the rewards and benefits sector. This role focuses on gaining exposure to our methodologies while helping clients manage their employee benefit programs. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your commercial awareness and contribute to team goals through research and project support.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and management of employee benefit programs.
- Participate in benchmarking studies to identify industry best practices.
- Conduct benefit plan analysis to evaluate cost savings and compliance.
- Assist in benefits administration tasks and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage in agile performance measurement for benefits delivery.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Actuarial Mathematics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- A demonstrated commitment to undertaking and passing actuarial exams.
- A preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher.

- Modality: On-site.
