About the role#
As a Management Consulting intern, you will work within our Advisory practice to help clients improve their customer experiences. You will support teams in delivering strategies that build customer loyalty and engagement. This position is an opportunity to learn our methodologies while contributing to project work across diverse industries.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in delivering customer-centric strategies.
- Participate in projects focused on customer engagement and loyalty.
- Assist in the design and implementation of customer experience (CX) strategies.
- Conduct customer journey analysis to identify service improvements.
- Engage in business process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Mathematics.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- Work modality is on-site.
- Locations include Rosemont, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Houston.
