About the role#
As a Cyber as a Service Summer Intern, you will join our Consulting practice to help clients protect their digital environments. You will work within a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role provides hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, threat management, and client service.
What you'll do#
- Learn core cybersecurity concepts including detection, response, and attack patterns.
- Assist with security monitoring and client care.
- Investigate, identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents.
- Perform threat modeling and identify threat vectors.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to build and maintain professional working relationships.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program focused on Technology (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Data Science).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
