About the role#
As an Electrical Engineer Intern within the Test Solutions Engineering team, you will support the development of electrical solutions for aerospace products. This role involves hands-on work with test systems that support the full product lifecycle, from lab environments to field operations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure our systems meet technical and performance goals.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems.
- Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
- Build engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and implementation.
- Use equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
- Work independently or with a team to address test product challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of electrical components like resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
- Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Proficiency in circuit design and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Ability to use programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience with technical writing and delivering formal presentations.

- Location: Tucson, Arizona.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret) is required prior to the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the necessary security clearance.
