About the role#
The Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Undergraduate Internship is a 10-week summer program designed to provide foundational experience in the banking industry. This track focuses on Financials and Diversified industries, offering exposure to business units including the Financial Institutions Group and the Diversified Industries Group. Interns gain hands-on experience with PNC’s product set, focusing on analytics, credit, relationship management, sales, and financial modeling.
What you'll do#
- Support core activities for the client team, including deal support, sales processes, and internal projects.
- Participate in a structured program that combines on-the-job training with formal classroom learning and case studies.
- Engage in social learning by networking with business representatives, participating in mentoring, and shadowing professionals.
- Work under supervision to apply knowledge and drive business results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or Computer Science.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an interest in mastering complex financial products.
- A strong work ethic and a competitive nature.
