About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides exposure to the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) division. Interns gain hands-on experience supporting strategic financial solutions for businesses, municipalities, and nonprofits. You will work within a specific line of business to complement your academic studies with real-world professional experience.
What you'll do#
- Support experienced bankers in their engagement with the client base.
- Participate in the core activities of the client team, including deal support, sales processes, and internal or external customer interactions.
- Observe and explore the processes of advising, managing, and servicing customer relationships across segments such as Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Healthcare, Specialty Industries, and Public Finance.
- Engage in a structured program that includes classroom learning and a collaborative case study.
- Participate in professional development activities, including networking, mentoring, and job shadowing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with sophomore or junior status.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preference for business-relevant majors including Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2026.
