About the role#
Plastipak is hiring a Corporate Quality Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Plymouth, Michigan. You will work within the Corporate Quality Lab to gain hands-on experience with testing, data analysis, and process controls.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Production teams.
- Conduct tests and compile data to support quality functions.
- Tackle real-world challenges in a manufacturing environment.
- Participate in professional development and networking activities with industry professionals.
- Follow a defined work plan that includes specific projects and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial).
- You expect to graduate in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- You maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You are eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- The position is located in Plymouth, Michigan.
- You must reside within a commutable distance to the office for the duration of the internship.
- The internship runs for 12 weeks, from May 17 to August 6, 2027.
