About the role#
The Transaction Advisory Services team is looking for an intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside managers and partners to provide financial and operational analysis for buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
What you'll do#
- Assist with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.
- Review historical financial statements to evaluate operational trends.
- Identify sustainable earnings across various industries, such as manufacturing and distribution.
- Maintain high professional standards and client confidentiality at all times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic auditing and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites.
