About the role#
As a Marketing Events Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting marketing strategy, brand development, and communication efforts. You will work closely with both the Marketing and HR departments to promote the firm to current employees, prospective talent, and clients.
What you'll do#
- Increase awareness of the firm to targeted audiences, including the development of recruiting campaign materials.
- Collaborate regularly with the HR team to align on branding messaging, project goals, and progress.
- Develop various internal and external communications, such as presentations, social media content, and marketing profiles.
- Assist the social media team with planning, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Manage the firm's online reputation by monitoring feedback and maintaining accurate information across digital profiles.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with team members at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with a CPA or professional services firm is preferred.
