About the role#
As a Marketing Events Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the marketing and HR teams on various projects and campaigns. This role focuses on promoting the firm brand to current and future employees, clients, and prospects through timely communications. You will be immersed in marketing strategy, brand development, and communication efforts aimed at firm growth and talent retention.
What you'll do#
- Increase awareness of the firm among targeted audiences, including team members and prospective clients.
- Collaborate and meet regularly with the HR team to align on branding messaging, objectives, and project progress.
- Develop a range of internal and external communications, such as presentations, social media posts, and marketing profiles.
- Assist the social media team with planning, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Manage the online reputation of the firm by monitoring and reporting on feedback across various platforms.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively across the firm.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with a CPA or professional services firm is preferred.
