About the role#
PKF O'Connor Davies is seeking an intern for the Transaction Advisory Services team. You will work alongside managers and partners to provide financial and operational analysis for due diligence engagements.
What you'll do#
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyze historical financial statements to evaluate operational trends and identify sustainable earnings.
- Exercise independent judgment to make recommendations on client matters.
- Maintain professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher currently in progress in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic auditing and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related computer applications.
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet client deliverables.

- Compensation: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
