About the role#
This position focuses on maintaining the student database for Pinon Unified School District. You will manage enrollment, attendance, and transfer records while ensuring all data meets official reporting requirements.
What you'll do#
- Update and maintain student enrollment, dropout, and attendance records.
- Reconcile student data and resolve integrity errors.
- Manage official student records for reporting.
- Handle a workflow that involves frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
What you'll need#
- An associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in a school setting or similar organization.
- Knowledge of ADM reporting and school finance terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the Google platform.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and parents.
- A proven record of successful employment.
