About the role#
The Student Information System Specialist for the Elementary School is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student records. This role manages enrollment, transfers, dropouts, and daily attendance data to meet official reporting requirements.
What you'll do#
- Maintain the current student database regarding enrollment, attendance, and student movement.
- Manage all student records to ensure compliance with official reporting standards.
- Reconcile student data and correct integrity errors.
- Navigate an environment that involves frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
What you'll need#
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in a school setting or similar organization.
- Knowledge of ADM reporting and school finance terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the Google platform.
- Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with students, staff, parents, and the public.
