About the role#
The MBA Summer Intern for the Account Manager role joins our client management team to support relationship management and business development. You will work within either our Client Management or Global Wealth Management groups. This 10-week program begins with a formal training week followed by hands-on experience, mentorship, and a business impact project. Interns are aligned to a specific team and gain exposure to client-related work throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships across client organizations.
- Educate clients on a wide range of investment strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of client investment objectives, risk tolerance, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with investment professionals, including portfolio managers and product strategists, regarding product offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to grow assets under management.
- Communicate performance attribution, market conditions, and portfolio strategy to clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2027 semester.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to blend quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly in writing, verbally, and during presentations.
- Demonstrated curiosity and experience using emerging technologies or AI tools to solve problems.
