About the role#
Pepper Construction is hiring a Construction Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on a commercial construction team in Indianapolis, paired with a Project Manager or Superintendent. This role provides exposure to both field and office environments, giving you a look at how a general contractor operates.
What you'll do#
- Process submittals and perform take-offs.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Attend job site and owner meetings.
- Participate in training sessions and jobsite tours.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college student entering your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year.
- You are pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are comfortable with technology and learn new software quickly.
- You have reliable transportation for work-related activities.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
