About the role#
Pepper Construction Company of Ohio offers an internship for students to gain hands-on experience in commercial construction. You will work directly with a Project Manager who serves as your mentor. This role focuses on applying classroom knowledge to daily operations in both the office and the field.
What you'll do#
- Process submittals and take-offs.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Attend job site and owner meetings.
- Participate in training sessions and jobsite tours.
- Learn about safety protocols.
What you'll need#
- Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and use new technology quickly.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
