About the role#
Park Place Technologies is hiring a Financial Analysis Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Highland Heights, Ohio. You will rotate through four different Finance and Planning teams, gaining exposure to Sales, Corporate Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence. The program provides experience in financial modeling and direct interaction with senior management.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting packages for executive leaders.
- Develop insights into markets, competitors, and customers through fact-based financial analysis.
- Create and improve key business performance metrics.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, including revenues and costs.
- Learn complex Excel and modeling concepts for business analysis.
- Collaborate on cross-regional and cross-functional projects.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly board of director deliverables.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis based on business needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Interest in a career in Finance and an aptitude for continuous learning.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated academic achievement.
- A record of leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
- Prior internship experience is preferred.
