About the role#
PARIC offers an internship program designed to provide students with exposure to the full life cycle of construction projects. You will work with various departments to gain a clear view of how our projects run from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with general contract administration.
- Assist with scheduling, work planning, and sequencing.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Support cost tracking, change management, and billing processes.
- Perform quantity takeoffs from bid documents.
- Assist with shop drawing review, submittal tracking, and document control.
- Help coordinate mechanical, electrical, and piping systems.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and document the outcomes.
- Review subcontractor bids for scope completeness and contact firms to solicit interest.
- Monitor quality control and participate in jobsite safety inspections.
- Research and recommend construction means, methods, and equipment.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- A strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and an eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to commute or relocate for the duration of the internship.

- Location: St Louis, Missouri.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role with a rolling term.
