About the role#
As an Ethics & Compliance Intern, you will support our Global Ethics and Compliance team in maintaining our standards for integrity. You will work on various data-based and detail-oriented projects that help our team assess program effectiveness and design compliance initiatives. This is a rolling, part-time internship based at our global headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Support due diligence activities by communicating with internal and external contacts and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
- Manage Ethics Helpline case administration with strict confidentiality.
- Communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Review data to ensure proper processes are followed for third-party due diligence, charitable contributions, and gifts and entertainment.
- Create and analyze data points to help the team understand program effectiveness.
- Assist with the implementation of ethics and compliance education for team members.
- Help maintain our library of policies and procedures.
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Finance, Internal Audit, Accounting, International Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential matters using independent judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Analytical skills and experience with program administration.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is a plus.

- Compensation: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour.
