About the role#
The Aftermarket Intern supports the systems and processes that drive key operations, including used equipment sales, rentals, warranty administration, and parts distribution. This role provides hands-on experience in business operations and information systems, focusing on improving efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do#
- Assist with used equipment sales and rental operations through data entry and reporting.
- Support warranty processes by tracking claims and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to parts sales initiatives and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide general administrative, analytical, and technical support to the Aftermarket team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management.
- Coursework in general business structures and processes.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and systems development skills such as programming or scripting.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to document and map processes using tools like Visio.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in business terms.
- Capacity to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems logically.

- This is a full-time, paid, rolling internship based on-site in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania.
