About the role#
Oriana House is looking for a Caseworker Intern to join the team in Tiffin, Ohio, for the Fall 2026 term. This is an unpaid, full-time, on-site internship. You will work alongside experienced staff to gain direct exposure to case management, client services, and community corrections.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development, modification, and monitoring of individual client programming.
- Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
- Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients.
- Assist in developing assessment-based case plans.
- Monitor client compliance with program rules and expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
