About the role#
As a Resident Supervisor Intern at Oriana House, you will gain direct exposure to community corrections and client services. You will work alongside experienced staff to observe operations and develop skills in documentation, supervision, and policy adherence.
What you'll do#
- Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
- Support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures.
- Complete required documentation such as whereabouts and counts, shift reports, incident reports, and individual client logs.
- Help supervise client daily routines and scheduled activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

- Location: Marietta, Ohio.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Flexible shifts coordinated with the site supervisor.
- This is an unpaid, part-time internship.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
