About the role#
Oriana House, Inc. is seeking a Caseworker Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is an unpaid, part-time, on-site opportunity based in Cleveland, Ohio. You will work directly with our case management staff to gain hands-on experience in community corrections and behavioral health.
What you'll do#
- Help develop, modify, and monitor individual client programming.
- Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
- Connect clients with appropriate community resources.
- Assist in creating assessment-based case plans.
- Monitor client compliance with program rules.
- Support the case management team with daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Human Services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with both staff and clients.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a desire to learn.
