About the role#
As a Resident Supervisor Intern, you will gain direct exposure to community corrections and client services. You will work alongside experienced staff to observe daily operations and develop skills in documentation, supervision, and policy adherence.
What you'll do#
- Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
- Support the implementation of agency and program policies.
- Complete required documentation, such as counts, shift reports, incident reports, and client logs.
- Supervise client daily routines and scheduled activities.
- Perform additional duties to support facility operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Human Services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Flexible shifts coordinated with your site supervisor.
- This is an unpaid, part-time internship.
