About the role#
The Student Analyst joins the Finance Transformation team for an 8-month term starting in Winter 2027. You will contribute to process, people, and technology improvement initiatives across the Global Finance and Technology team.
What you'll do#
- Work with finance and technology professionals, along with external vendors, to deliver projects.
- Prepare data analysis, process documentation, and reports.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, status, issues, and risks.
- Develop analytical insights to identify improvement opportunities within the project portfolio.
- Help create, deliver, and manage finance learning and development content.
- Take part in special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience with Visio, real estate, or project-based environments are assets.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with an expected salary range of $44,850 to $56,550 per year, prorated based on the contract term.
