About the role#
We are hiring students for our North American, Corporate, and Property Accounting teams. You will work from our head office in Toronto to support our real estate management platform and global reporting. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with full cycle accounting, including month-end and quarter-end closing entries.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Handle cash distributions and payments.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist with the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Prepare financial statements for non-consolidated structures.
- Research issues and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Support activities related to the Finance and Strategy Team’s Learning and Culture platforms.
- Participate in group projects and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, preferably in an Accounting stream.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as a team player.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office).
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 or 8 months).
- Note: This role is a pre-approved training office for CPA students.
