About the role#
Olgoonik Corporation is hiring for a Project Support Internship at our office in Oneida, New York. This is a paid, part-time position designed for high school students who want to gain experience in office administration and project support. The role runs from early July to late August 2025.
What you'll do#
- Handle general clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Perform data entry and assist with document formatting.
- Prepare reports and organize project documentation.
- Maintain digital filing systems.
What you'll need#
- You must be a high school student.
- An interest in learning about office administration and project support.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Oneida, New York.
- The schedule is 20 hours per week.
- Interns receive mentoring from administrative and project staff.
- You will receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
