About the role#
The Donor Experiences Intern supports the Oklahoma State University Foundation by helping plan and run donor events. You will work with the Donor Experiences team to coordinate logistics and ensure events succeed from start to finish. This role requires 12 to 15 hours per week during normal business hours, with occasional increases to 18 to 25 hours during busy seasons and potential evening or weekend work.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and execution of large and small donor events.
- Support event logistics, including registration, set-up, on-site help, and tear-down.
- Manage documentation in the Linvio Events module before and after events.
- Maintain an organized inventory of event materials and supplies.
- Prepare address labels, name tags, and ticket packaging for event mailings.
- Respond to phone calls and emails to support internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current Oklahoma State University student in good standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of basic information systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
