About the role#
The Pipeline Growth and Readiness team builds a broad base of engaged donors to support programs across Oklahoma State University. As an intern, you will assist the team with data analysis, donor outreach, and event coordination. This position provides hands-on experience in fundraising tactics and donor relations.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support for the Pipeline Growth and Readiness team.
- Analyze donor lists and gift records to clarify data for projects and appeals.
- Perform follow-up calls to support pledge fulfillment.
- Assist with direct marketing, campaigns, and support for Digital Experience Officers.
- Research internal documents and conduct online research on peer institutions.
- Create email and digital copy and develop written content.
- Help plan and execute Give Orange, the university's day of giving.
- Manage and respond to inquiries via email and phone.
- Support programming and events.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A service-minded approach and a drive to collaborate.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Location & details#
This is a paid, on-site internship based in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The role is part-time and operates on a rolling basis.
