About the role#
Northrop Grumman is hiring a Software Engineering Intern for the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division. This position is based in Roy, Utah, for the summer of 2027. You will work 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute automated software testing.
- Create and manage metrics reporting.
- Utilize software coding and scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
- Work with code analysis tools like GitLab and data analysis tools like Tableau.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- You must be enrolled as a full-time student in Fall 2027.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Candidates with an active Secret Security Clearance or higher are preferred.
