About the role#
This internship offers students a chance to join the Space Systems Sector at Northrop Grumman. You will spend your summer working on-site to build your professional foundation while contributing to our current projects.

- Gain experience in executive presence, technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or higher degree in a STEM field.
- You must be enrolled full-time for the Fall 2027 semester.
- Availability to work full-time on-site for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
- U.S. citizenship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.7 or higher is preferred.
- Previous internship or co-op experience, along with demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills, are preferred.
