About the role#
TSC is looking for an Electrical Engineering intern to help develop electronics, test systems, and embedded microcontroller solutions. You will gain hands-on experience and receive professional mentorship throughout the internship. We do not expect you to meet every qualification, as we will guide your growth based on your current skills.
What you'll do#
- Research and select electronic components, including chip-scale, SoC, SoM, and COTS solutions.
- Support the development, testing, debugging, and integration of embedded hardware and software systems.
- Work with customers and vendors to ensure product performance meets specifications and industry standards.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous technical internship experience in electrical or computer engineering.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance.
- Experience with analog, digital, or RF circuit design and PCB layout.
- Familiarity with electrical circuits and schematics.
- Proficiency in C, C++, or C#.
- Experience with FPGA software development.
- Knowledge of RTOS and bare-metal microcontroller design using C and C++.
