About the role#
Admissions Student Processors help the department manage records, forms, and documents for prospective students. You act as quality control to review student files and prepare mailings that welcome incoming students to the university. This is a paid, part-time student employment position.
What you'll do#
- Enter application data into Salesforce.
- Handle filing, copying, printing, and scanning of documents.
- Manage the front desk by answering and directing admissions calls.
- Retrieve and process student transcripts to verify scholarship and acceptance status.
- Assemble and mail acceptance letters and boxes for incoming students.
- Investigate and resolve errors found in student applications.
- Complete assigned daily trackers and registration packets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at North Central University.
- Ability to work at a computer for several hours at a time.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to learning.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous data entry or office experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 5 to 20 hours per week, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Hiring: Rolling basis.
