About the role#
Frampton Construction offers a paid Summer 2027 internship program designed to provide hands-on work experience and direct exposure to industry professionals. You will contribute to real projects while gaining insight into construction operations and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project startup tasks such as permitting, site logistics, scheduling, and safety planning.
- Administer RFI and submittal processes while maintaining accurate records of contract documents.
- Conduct quality control and safety inspections to ensure project standards are met.
- Support project closeout procedures, including the preparation of closeout and warranty documentation.
- Participate in material procurement and general document management.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Openness to constructive criticism and a willingness to take direction.
