About the role#
As an R&D HRBP Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting a wide range of HR programs and initiatives. You will work alongside HR Business Partners and business leaders to support talent management and employee development. This is a full-time, paid internship based on a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate R&D HR programs, including staff appreciation, the internship program, onboarding, and development initiatives.
- Assist with talent management processes, such as performance calibrations, talent reviews, and career development activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including processing purchase orders, invoices, expense reporting, and Workday documentation.
- Track project milestones and maintain documentation for recurring HR programs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on special projects and organizational initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation, writing, and listening skills.
- Ability to present complex information with diplomacy.
- Familiarity with Workday is an asset.
- Ability to self-direct and move projects forward with limited supervision.
