This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to track performance and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, this role will assist in building reports, models, and dashboards that monitor Go-to-Market (GTM) metrics, pipeline health, and revenue trends all while learning valuable skills for future growth in Accounting & Finance.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Consolidate data from multiple sources to support weekly and monthly business reviews.Enhance existing reporting to improve scalability, automation, and usability.Analyze GTM performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Support forecasting and planning processes with data-driven insights.Partner with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure data accuracy and alignment.Document reporting logic and data definitions to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.Identify process improvement opportunities within GTM reporting and analytics.Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested by the manager.EDUCATION:Required: Working towards a degree in Finance or Accounting.EXPERIENCE: Required: Prior internship experience working in Accounting & Finance departmentsCOMPETENCIES/SKILLS: Attention to detail.PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate insights, improve documentation, and automate repetitive tasks.Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
