About the role#
The Global Sales Admin Intern provides administrative support to the Global Sales team. This is a part-time position based in Oskaloosa, Iowa. You will help the team organize sales documentation and maintain accurate project records.
What you'll do#
- Enter and update sales and project information in Scoreboard to help with tracking and reporting.
- Prepare sales packages and submittals for internal and customer use.
- Review documents and data for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks and document organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a freshman, sophomore, or junior in a Business, Communications, Marketing, or Sales degree program.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internet search tools.
- Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your own work.
- A collaborative approach to working with others.
