About the role#
The Application Engineering team in Oskaloosa is looking for a Production Documents Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the engineering team by preparing project materials and ensuring information is accurate for manufacturing and project execution. You will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. This position is hired through a temp agency, with the possibility of continuing into Spring and Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Prepare project documents and materials to support the Application Engineering team.
- Create bills of materials, documents, and 3D models using proprietary software.
- Develop pole configuration drawings, aiming diagrams, and contractor documents using AutoCAD.
- Assist with modeling parts in Inventor as needed.
- Help ensure accurate information is available for each project to support manufacturing.
What you'll need#
- Current Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and solve problems collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Location: Oskaloosa, IA.
- Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Status: Part-time, paid internship.
- Requirements: Must complete all required security and protocol trainings.
