About the role#
Musco Lighting is looking for a Marketing Data Intern to support our videoboards team. You will help audit and collect client data to build organized records for future campaign planning. This is a part-time position that requires working from our office in Des Moines.
What you'll do#
- Review videoboard project records in Asana to collect data and check for accuracy.
- Extract project details such as client information, locations, board specifications, and pricing.
- Research sales documentation to verify and capture project information.
- Organize data in Excel to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Work with team members to resolve missing information and support reporting tasks.
- Complete all required Musco training programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sport and Rec Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and solve problems collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Asana is helpful but not required.

- Location: Des Moines, Iowa.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
- This is a paid internship.
