About the role#
As a Global Corporate Banking Intern Analyst, you will support Relationship Managers in promoting banking products and services. This role involves direct client interaction and is focused on achieving assigned corporate banking profit goals. You will work on-site in Toronto for the Winter or Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Market corporate banking products and assist Relationship Managers with client outreach.
- Deliver presentations on banking products and services directly to customers.
- Create and present pricing models and client proposals.
- Secure necessary agreements and documentation for customers.
- Prepare customer call reports and maintain pipeline reports.
- Engage with established customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous client-facing experience within the financial industry.
- A strong financial aptitude and broad analytical ability.
- Basic knowledge of business and finance practices, international banking transactions, and lending regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for approximately 30% of your working hours.
