About the role#
The 2027 Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for students to gain hands-on experience within a banking environment. You will join the Information Technology team in Tempe, Arizona, to work on projects that build technical expertise. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to IT strategy, infrastructure, application development, and data governance initiatives.
- Work on projects and team assignments to build technical skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to learn about bank and technology functions.
- Participate in professional development activities and business exposure events.
- Engage in guided mentorship with an assigned program mentor.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior or first-year graduate student graduating between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, Cybersecurity Governance, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Informatics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on both self-managed and team projects.
- Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience with programming languages such as C/C#, Java, Python, R, or SQL.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Tempe, Arizona.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (four days in the office, one day remote).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
