About the role#
The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week, full-time internship based in Tempe, Arizona. This program provides hands-on experience within a banking environment, allowing you to build technical expertise through project assignments and team collaboration. You will receive mentorship and participate in professional development activities designed to provide exposure to the firm's operations and technology functions.
What you'll do#
- Reconcile business transactions and track cash flow.
- Provide services for special commodities and supply chain finance deals.
- Manage loans or plan, execute, and monitor various business initiatives and projects.
- Conduct monthly certification of general ledger balances.
- Develop, revise, and maintain procedure documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with a graduation date in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Operations Management.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and solid analytical and research skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Modality: Hybrid (four days per week in office, one day remote).
- Term: Summer 2027.
