About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in branch operations within the financial services sector. You will support our team in Bel Air by managing daily customer interactions and assisting with essential administrative tasks related to loan processing.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Answer incoming calls and log correspondence in our systems.
- Provide information to customers regarding their current account status.
- Assist with the loan closing process by completing and filing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and current customer data in our electronic system.
- Help with other operational tasks as needed to support quality service.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, specifically as a Junior or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Communications.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a team environment.

- Location: Bel Air, Maryland.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: Paid internship with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.61 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time, with Saturday hours required seasonally or as business needs dictate.
