About the role#
The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for students to gain hands-on experience in a banking environment. Analysts work on team assignments to build technical expertise while collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders across the firm. The program includes professional development activities and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Reconcile business transactions and track cash flow.
- Generate invoices and reconcile general ledgers for syndicated lending transactions.
- Develop, revise, and maintain procedure documentation as a Technical Writer.
- Conduct monthly certification of general ledger balances.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the Payment Operations organization.
What you'll need#
- Graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028 from an accredited college or university.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or Economics.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring visa sponsorship.
