About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program within the Animal Health Division. You will join the NORAM Insights team for a 10-week summer project. The role focuses on delivering business intelligence to support Sales and Marketing teams through data analysis and strategic projects.
What you'll do#
- Enable Sales and Marketing teams to make data-driven decisions for daily business operations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Own relationships with cross-functional team members across the organization.
- Develop new analytical models and dashboards, including requirements gathering, prototyping, and testing.
- Support Sales and Marketing operations by developing target lists for specific programs.
- Participate in new product launch activities.
- Learn best practices for using tools like SQL, Excel, Dataiku, and PowerBI.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a STEM major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience in SQL or other coding languages like Python or R is preferred.
