About the role#
The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Internship is a strategic experience for MBA candidates. It focuses on building commercial acumen and cross-functional capabilities within the Human Health portfolio. You will work on high-impact projects to address business challenges and gain exposure to leadership priorities. This program serves as a pathway to the full-time Commercial Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to operational priorities across assigned projects.
- Partner with teams in marketing, sales, operations, and other commercial functions.
- Use data, customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Translate insights into presentations for executive and leadership audiences.
- Deliver a final capstone presentation with actionable recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time relevant professional work experience.
- Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Initiative, ownership, and the ability to drive work forward in a matrixed environment.
- Preferred: Background in brand management, growth marketing, product marketing, or consulting.
- Preferred: Experience with digital marketing, artificial intelligence, or pharmaceutical marketing and sales.
