About the role#
As a Supplier Development Engineering Intern, you will manage quality performance for in-house manufactured and OEM/ODM supplied products. You will act as an advocate for our customers by ensuring quality throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves working alongside global quality teams, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering to improve product performance.
What you'll do#
- Create detailed quality plans to define and track quality goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve stop-ship or stop-build events using 8D methodology.
- Prepare and present quality performance results to senior leadership in Supply Chain and Design Engineering.
- Identify and drive preventive actions to address underlying process gaps.
- Monitor quality metrics to maintain high standards for our LMR and video product lines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A graduation date no later than December 2030.
