About the role#
As an Equipment Solutions Intern, you will support our construction projects by supplying equipment rentals and site services. You will work with our internal teams, trade partners, and vendors to optimize equipment assets. This role provides administrative and analytical support to help our team meet project goals.
What you'll do#
- Plan and procure equipment for construction processes, including handling rentals and logistical coordination.
- Manage equipment through various software systems.
- Assist with receiving support, contract document management, and purchasing consumables.
- Gain exposure to crane selection, including sizing equipment and evaluating vendor bids.
- Observe equipment facility and construction field operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple competing priorities.
- A positive and professional attitude.

- Location: Minooka, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
