About the role#
This is a summer internship program within the Investment Banking Division of the Institutional Securities Group. You will work on-site in San Francisco, Houston, or Menlo Park during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Manage and assist in the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
- Perform financial and strategic business analysis.
- Conduct detailed industry research.
- Contribute to team discussions and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an MBA or J.D. student.
- You will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have two to three years of work experience (preferred).
- You can manage multiple projects at once.
- You can provide complicated financial analysis and develop corporate finance solutions.
- You have strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Compensation: 175,000 USD per year base pay.
